I suppose with the news that Wilco's new album was named Wilco (The Album) and the first single is going to be "Wilco (The Song)", the punned post title was probably unavoidable with the news that former-Wilco multi-instrumentalist Jay Bennett has filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against the band, claiming they owe him at least $50,000 in royalties.
