Japanese experimental artist Susumu Yokota has managed to stay away from my ears for a while now, but I was lucky enough to get my hands on his new album Mother . In the past he was primarily known for electronic music with more of a techno feel to it, but with Mother Yokota has reached a plateau that I can only describe as cinematic.
