I love a strong female vocalist with a southern drawl. I love voices like Lucinda Williams. I could listen to Lucinda perform "Unsuffer Me" and never tire of hearing her deep sultry voice singing ".. come break my heart, come fill my world with ecstasy..." In the same manner, Erika Wennerstrom from the Heartless Bastards has this beautiful deep vibrato that is equally as addictive. Her sound has been referred to as Janis Joplin meets Led Zeppelin.
