Cool Kids , Black Lips , and No Age are among the acts confirmed to perform at this year's North By North East Festival . The Toronto festival, which is set to take place from June 17-21, will also see performances by Crystal Antlers , The Sonics , Built By Snow , and Matt & Kim , among others.
