Is the company worth another $500 Million? Late on Monday The Warner Music Group announced that its subsidiary, WMG Acquisition Corp. will offer $500 million in new senior secured notes due 2016. The net proceeds from the offering will be used to repay a portion of the term loans under its existing senior secured credit facility.
