Last night was the sneak preview premiere of Fox's newest show GLEE from writer Ryan Murphy (Nip/Tuck). Most people are probably talking about the anti-climatic, almost-finale of American Idol, but I think you might have your primetime priorities mixed up. For just a pilot episode, I was rather impressed. Sure, there could have been a few tweaks here and there (Miley Cyrus' boyfriend, srsly?), but I think if they play it cool and keep throwing in some relevant music choices like the Amy Winehouse and Kanye numbers, it could become the Gossip Girl of Fox, thriving just [...]
