The new EP – Fathers - from Brampton's Black Hat Brigade is good . Before we get into this, I just want to make sure people realize that, because what comes next is might sound negative and almost stopped me from reviewing this EP. BHB is not Wolf Parade , nor are they as good as one of Canada's best bands. The highs aren't as high and the lows are lower.
