Irgendwie hatte ich bislang nicht so große Erwartungen wie andere auf Grizzly Bear s neues Album. Da Knife nicht mal zu meinen 3 Lieblingsstücken auf Yellow House gehörte machten mich die bisherigen Beschreibungen von Veckatimest s Bewegungen in ähnlich gefestigtere Popsongschienen nicht ganz optimistisch, auch weiß ich nicht ob mir das Fehlen der einmaligen Atmosphäre des Vorgängers so gefallen wird. Aber um solche Zweifel eventuell hinwegzufegen gibt's ja zum Glück Gelegenheiten wie diese, das gestern erschienene dritte Album des Quartetts kann nun online angehört werden.
