The Penelope[s] are two guys from France who are signed to Citizen Records . They released their second album "Priceless Concrete Echoes" this year, you can get it on Beatport (even if the link on their own myspace dun work). They've weirdly been called a "Dancey Joy Division" by more than one source. They aren't really, "dancey indiesque music" with vocals that are slightly on the dreary side is a more accurate description. A digital EP is due "soon" of their "killer track", "Stuck In LalaLand" it will feature remixes from Nouvelle Vague, Joey [...]
