Jay Bennett, multi-instrumentalist and ex-member of the band Wilco, passed away early Sunday morning (May 24th) at the age of 45, in his sleep. According to sources, the cause of death is unknown and an autopsy will be performed. Bennett was most well known for his work and contributions while as a member of Wilco during the earlier years of the band.
