Trent Reznor must have a big heart, because he's donating a bunch of NIN backstage passes to help make sure a friend's heart keeps on working. Eric De La Cruz needs a heart transplant, but can't get on the list because he's on Nevada Medicaid and there are no transplant centers in Nevada. Trent whipped up this everybody-wins idea to raise money for Eric's fund.
