Last week was an especially sad one for music fans, as both Koko Taylor , Queen of the Blues, and Massive Attack producer/trip-hop pioneer Jonny Dollar passed away. And, as it turned out, another (particularly untimely) death was in the cards before the week was out. On Friday, singer-songwriter Jeff Hanson was found dead in his St. Paul, Minnesota apartment.
