<p>Werner Herzog's version of <em>Bad Lieutenant</em> is due for release some time later this year, with Nicolas Cage filling the titular character. Perhaps mindful of this event, members of Blur and New Order have formed a band named Bad Lieutenant, and have recorded an album scheduled for release in October. <br /><br />Bass player Alex James is the only Blur member present, and he's clearly ready to capitalize on the big bucks generated by the band's well publicized reunion this year.
