Last year The Sidekicks (from suburban Cleveland) released a killer four song 7" called Sam as a folllow up to their full-length So Long, Soggy Dog and it's fuckin' great. It's that gritty and melodic pop-punk I love that pulls in just enough folk and rootsy flavor to make me compare this to The Gaslight Anthem, The Riot Before, and Get Bent.
