Recently announced at beck.com is the development of a new site with new features, the first being Record Club. Although album collaborations are nothing new, Beck and others have taken this idea and put a twist on it. What this concept introduces is a collective of various musicians coming together to cover and record an entire album in one day; no rehearsal and no prior arrangements. The only pre planning will be the decision of the album to be re-worked. Each week one track will be uploaded to beck.com , but no word yet [...]
