Over a month ago, I was watching the first episode of the current series of Later...With Jools Holland , and my ears perked up at the sounds coming from Brighton-based band, The Mummers. Vocalist/songwriter, Raissa Khan-Panni, exuded playfulness with her melodica at her lips, as the miniature orchestra produced a ramshackle rhapsody behind her.
