Screaming doesn't help. I've tried. Cursing helps a little. I've tried that too. A bit of meditation is way too deep. I wouldn't even try that. It's the rain, the incessant rain, which has me unbalanced. I awoke to it again today and, from all reports, will awake to it tomorrow as well.
