The Ye-Ye movement was emblematic of the French 60s. With singers such as France Gall, Francoise Hardy or Sylvie Vartan, they represented a musical style very French, beautiful, innocent and naive to a provocative manner. Gainsbourg (already) was behind a few of them and composed playfully lyrics for them.
