
As sometimes happens, you go to see a series of bands and the level of interest weirdly diminishes from the outset onwards! Which is not to say say that the headliners aren't any good; in the case of last weekend at the Oxford Street Art Factory in Sydney, Yves Klein Blue were great and they had a uniquely bouncy indie pop sensibility that revved up the crowd real nice and kickingly to the finish without any reservations.
