AOL's "The Spinner" has been a big fan of all things Portland lately, and premiering a new track from New York via Portland pop-rock outfit Stars of Track and Field is just more evidence of that. Now, Stars of Track and Field has done some unabashedly poppy stuff in the past, but "Racing Lights" is, for my money, the poppiest thing yet.
