Well, for our friend Joe Hendel, that dream recently became a reality when he was asked to join NYC underground psych-rock supergroup Gods & Monsters . The band, led by guitarist and songwriter Gary Lucas, features Hendel on trombone and keyboards, alongside bassist Ernie Brooks ( Modern Lovers ), drummer Billy Ficca ( Television ), and sax man Jason Candler ( Hungry March Band ).
