The Decemberists are set to bring ' The Hazards of Love ' to North America with a just announced tour. The band are set to embark on the jaunt on August 1 wit a performance at the Newport Folk Festival in Newport, RI. Among the dates announced are shows in Toronto, Chicago, Houston, and San Francisco.
