Australia's Herald Sun has an interesting interview this week that tells the story of Sneaky Soundsytem bassist Donnie Sloan, who says a lot of his music was ripped off by Australian dance rockers Empire of the Sun. Sloan was working on a solo album that included early versions of "We Are the People," "Walking on a Dream," "Half Mast" and "Without You" when he gave them to Nick Littlemore for remix consideration. Littlemore turned around and started using the tracks to create new music with Empire of the Sun bandmate Luke Jackson. [...]
