We've long since come to the conclusion that Canadian stalwart The Tragically Hip 's name is merely an attempt at subversive Canadian irony. Despite our paranoia regarding our friends to the north, we are happy to announce (with a heads up from LiveDaily ) the band's much-awaited North American fall tour. Touring in support of the April release of We Are the Same , The Tragically Hip will spend August into early October playing out and aboot (take that, Canada) in their home country.
