Steve Shiffman Based in New York via Toronto, singer-songwriter Steve Shiffman began his career years ago with the Canadian band, 4-Star Movie. He then went on to record a 5-track solo EP "Tambourino" before hooking up with The Figgs drummer Pete Hayes. The duo enlisted the help of Kent Heine and Alec Ferrell of Holy Ghost and guitarist Dave Hollinghurst.
