KHUM-FM "Radio Without The Rules" // Ping-Pong

Yesterday I had the opportunity to play radio ping-pong with KHUM-FM disc jockey, Michael Moore, Jr. KHUM-FM is a freeform radio station based in Humboldt County that's billed as "Radio Without The Rules." If you are not familiar with the concept of radio ping-pong it's pretty simple. One person picks a song - then the other follows it up with a selection of their own. I called into Michael's show at 11 a.m. and we played for two hours. Formerly a music director for KHSU (Humboldt State University Radio), Moore was a worthy and knowledgeable opponent.
