Bowerbirds - Northern Lights Early this past month Raleigh, North Carolina outfit Bowerbirds proudly released their latest record Upper Air . Being a recent discovery of mine, I don't know the evolution of the group, but it feels like they really push their sound on this recent album. Sure, their sound is not exactly edgy, but it is polished and brilliantly composed.
