Here's the brand new Modest Mouse video for "King Rats" which just made its debut earlier today. Much talked about, primarily because it was conceived and directed by the late Heath Ledger, the video was actually unfinished at the time of Ledger's death and was finally completed by the film and music company THE MASSES .
