My sleeping habits have been for crap the past few days. I've been getting hammered by these weird mid-day naps that last for hours, the kind that come on and demand you take them. At night, I sleep for a couple hours at a stretch before my body just wakes up. I'm becoming something of a nocturnal man, which is troubling.
