Greg Laswell is a musician, recording engineer, and producer from San Diego, California - formerly the frontman of the SD-based band Shillglen. To date, he has released three solo studio albums: "Good Movie" in 2003, "Through Toledo" in 2006, and now "Three Flights from Alto Nido" in 2008, as well as several EPs and special singles. The One I Love is one of the singles from "Three Flights..." and captures the confusion and mixed feelings of running away from love, without the sappy sentimentality that seems to sloppily adorn most songs with 'Love' in the title.
