Antony and The Johnsons could probably take the most annoying song (of that year) and make it pretty good. Behind Antony Hegarty's vocals, who I could easily mistaken for a women with a deep voice, has a unique voice in indie rock. It's more soulful really and the band just facilitates that. Anyway the song and video would fool me again that Antony is somewhat female as the song itself is very feminine yet does a gorgeous job with the track.
