Phoenix New Times Music Editor Martin Cizmar shares his love of all things 1994 - including his assessment that Green Day's Dookie "...was the last true splash rock 'n' roll has made in a way that's artistically, culturally, and commercially significant." Probably true dat, but I missed a lot of the '90s US style while living in Europe during those heady years.
