Excision – Shambhala 2009 Mix Excision is the mastermind behind some of the darkest dubstep coming out at the moment. This young producer is repping Kelowna, B.C and his brainchild Rottun Recordings has been gaining a lot of steam lately with HUGE releases from the likes of Datsik and Tom Encore amongst others.
