The 'Net's been buzzing this month with the release of Modest Mouse 's music video for " King Rat ," off their recent EP, No One's First and You're Next . This video was conceived by late actor Heath Ledger, who received a director's credit. It's a somewhat creepy animated vid--Ledger made it to protest illegal commercial whale hunts taking place off the coast of Australia.
