I was having a converstion with my mate Tim and mentioned that i am doing a bike ride for The Briish Heart Foundation from Richmond to Windsor next week. So he kindly suggested that we do this weeks CP about Bicycles, i'm hoping this might drum up some more sponsors for my bike ride.
