i was talking online with blondish this afternoon about imogen heap 's latest album when she confessed to me that her time spent listening to " ellipse " may be stunted because of a recent discovery: owl city . after 30 seconds or so of listening to one of his tracks off his sophomore album " ocean eyes ,"  i immediately knew why. owl city's adam young voice similiar to sufjan stevens and torquil campbell . his use of synths and beats reminds me of death cab / [...]
