Datarock: Red Datarock: Red Norwegian Dance-punk duo Datarock released their sophomore album, Red digitally on June 9th; the album finally gets a physical release today. The album is an homage to 80s culture and music. The synth-filled dance music is an obvious nod to the new wave movement, but what is unexpected in the album is the lyrical nods to 80s culture. "Molly" is a love song to Molly Ringwald which sees singer Fredrik Saroea mostly just spouting Molly Ringwald movie titles like Sixteen Candles and Pretty in Pink . [...]
