One of my favorite discoveries from last year , KaiserCartel , just released their latest EP on Tuesday, titled Rock Island . It contains five tracks: three of them brand new, a studio version of a crowd favorite that they close their live shows with ( Shira ), and a Lucinda Williams cover, Something About What Happens When We Talk .
