Fantasy land for Late Of The Pier CASTLE Donington band Late Of The Pier 's debut album, Fantasy Black Channel , has picked up the Neptune Prize music award. The album was voted by readers of website Drowned In Sound as the best that didn't get a nomination for this year's Mercury Prize, won by Speech Debelle 's Speech Therapy .
