Blog: Above the Fold

The Lake Harriet Bandshell hosted free music and a movie on one of the last nice days before the inevitable cold snap. People scattered the lawn and filled the benches, holding on tightly to one of the last warm nights, to enjoy the sounds of Dosh before the Terry Gilliam film Time Bandits . Accompanied by bassist / saxophonist Mike Lewis, Dosh filled the evening with layers of drum beats, loops, and an array of sounds beaten from the taterred, but delightlyfully painted, housing of an old Rhodes.
