This track is called "Skydiving" and it didn't end up on Memoirs Of An Imperfect Angel and we are kind of glad it didn't. Ir doesn't fit in and Mariah doesn't need Timbaland for a radio hit, unlike Madonna. I have a feeling that it might get to be on the "deluxe" addition of the album should the album go places.
