Vampire Weekend infected the music world virally with an image of a girl staring blankly into the camera, linking to a website ithinkyouarecontra.com which then led to an enlarged image of the girl. No one knew what it was then, but it was actually to 'inform' us all of their upcoming album Contra , which will be released in January next year.
