THE WOODEN SKY-"If I Don't Come Home You'll Know I'm Gone"
Even if it sucked, I'd be tempted to review The Wooden Sky 's sophomore album just based on the title: "If I Don't Come Home You'll Know I'm Gone". But it doesn't suck at all. Opening cut, "Oh My God (It Still Means A Lot To Me)" is an earnest, country/folk chant that demands to be heard, with building power and harmonies. It's the perfect entry point to this honest-yet-understated record.
