Layered electronica. Acoustic guitar. Hushed female vocals. Yael Meyer . Oh, and bells, bells, bells. Meyer, a singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, was born in Santiago de Chile and moved to the United States at 19 to attend the Berklee College of Music in Boston. She's no longer that wide-eyed 19-year-old, as she currently spends her time in LA, but she still presents a blissfully innocent sound on her newest EP, Heartbeat , slated for a November 10 release.
