Ben Sollee , one of our obvious favorites here at Backseat Sandbar, is going to be featured in a new documentary entitled Wooden Box. The title is of course taken from his weapon of choice...the cello. Recently, when I saw Ben at Music Hall of Williamsburg, Ben stopped mid-song and snickered before exclaiming "this is a cello" and then immediately dove back into his song as he absolutely shredded the cello.
