This is a truly great Julian Casablancas track. I cannot get enough of this song, it is so well written. It opens Phrazes Of The Young with a really great rhythm, and a grand chorus. "Out Of The Blue" sounds very similar to the Strokes, but it is different enough to be called Julian's.
