I wish I had seen Os Mutantes on their latest North American tour, especially after The Dead Weather forced me to miss their set at Outside Lands this year. The Brazilian rockers selected a suitable opening act to compliment their foreign flare, enlisting DeLeon's mixture of old world comforts with indie rock modernity. However, DeLeon toned down their sound this tour which really highlights Dan Saks vocals and makes them sound better for it.
