Wilco - Academy Leeds - 3rd November 2009 Website Myspace Wilco came to the Academy Leeds (formerly the Town & Country Club) on a wet Tuesday night in November. Despite the limited americana/alt-country fanbase of Yorkshire having to choose between Wilco and Steve Earle both playing Leeds on the same night, the Academy was pretty near capacity, although not quite enough for the touts outside to be selling tickets off cheap.
