Both the Friendly Fires and The XX debut albums have been consistently dominating my music playlist. As it turns out the two groups are touring together and will do a short west coast stint in the next coming weeks. I already bought my tickets to see them at the Doug Fir in Portland just in time for the Thanksgiving visit back home. They are also playing a show here in Los Angeles at the Henry Fonda Nov. 21, which I'm tempted to attend as well to get a double dosage of UK grooveness++ [...]
