Almost out of nowhere, The Magnetic Fields have announced a brand new record. Hooray! Due for release on January 26th, the latest set from the melancholic pop darlings is titled Realism , and features 13 brand spankin' new tracks. The album is touted as the third record in the band's "no synthesizers" trilogy, a series of albums which ditch the lo-fi new wave style they've grown famous for.
